Dear Sasha,
The training went quite well. It was a bit different for us because we are on the MAC platform and the PC platform has different terminology. I had the assistant principals and our head of security sit in on the training.
Prior to beginning the training, Robert, the trainer, was able to troubleshoot a problem with one of the cameras. It was a simple focus issue. As we continue to work and learn the new system, I am sure we will be contacting your office for additional assistance.
Thank you again for all the time and effort you and your company gave me when I had questions. The staff should all get gold stars for the service that they provide. Rest assured, if we need more units in the future, I will definitely give you a call first.
